Worm Castings

Garden Beds & Soil Amendment

  • Mix 1 part worm castings to 4 parts soil before planting.

  • For existing beds: Add ½ inch layer to the topsoil and lightly mix in.

Seed Starting & Seedlings

  • Mix 10–20% worm castings into your seed-starting mix.

  • Helps with early root development and healthy starts.

Potted Plants & Houseplants

  • Mix into potting soil: 1 part castings to 4 parts soil.

  • For top dressing: Sprinkle 1–2 tbsp per 6" pot monthly and water in.

Vegetables & Herbs

  • Add a handful (½ cup) per plant when transplanting.

  • Side-dress around base every 3–4 weeks for a steady nutrient boost.

Trees & Shrubs

  • Use 2–4 cups per plant, spread evenly around the root zone.

  • Water in well after applying.
